A major Gulf Coast compression company’s critical electric motor unexpectedly failed, creating an urgent need for a solution. This 75MW (100,000 HP) motor is one of the largest of its kind in the USA, weighing nearly 600,000 lbs fully assembled.

Cracked Cast Iron Bearing Housing

During a freeze event in Texas, a major refinery experienced failures of several bearing housings. The bearings were water cooled and when the plant lost power they also lost cooling water flow. The cast iron bearing housings cracked from water freezing in the housing.

Failed Crane Bearing & Housing Repair

Conhagen repaired a failed bearing and bearing housing on a paper mill crane over 120 feet in the air, preventing the dusruptuion of normal production over Labor Day weekend.
